Hey, I worked as a cook in Elora and came here for everything. They provided me with cigarettes, vapes, and even cooking oil!!! They always had just what I needed even in my darkest of times (cooking oil). But it wasn’t just because of their amazing selection of products that made me come back. The reason I love this place is because of their staff!!! Always friendly and wanting to help. I’ve never been to a convenience store where I could call the owner my friend!! Always happy to see me with a smile that was contagious! Even as a newly established business in downtown Elora, they have managed to build a huge sense of community with the tourists, and more importantly, the locals. I’m excited to see them strive in the next few years. And I urge you to head to their doors for all your convenience store needs in Elora… and as they like to say જય શ્રી કૃષ્ણ
Exceptional Service & Atmosphere This convenience store has become one of mine and friends favorite by stops, not just because of the convenience, but because of the people. The entire team is always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with whatever we need. They go above and beyond to make sure every visit is smooth and enjoyable. The owner, in particular, truly stands out. He has such a positive energy—funny, approachable, and always willing to listen. He genuinely cares about his customers and makes everyone feel valued. Even when we would stop by on our work breaks, sometimes just to say hi, it always a great experience. It’s rare to find a place where customer service feels this personal. This store isn’t just a spot to pick up what you need—it’s a place where you feel appreciated.
I live nearby and have been going there for years. They are super friendly, nice people. They deal with a ton of tourists who are not always as nice as the locals. It's a small town and they do their very best. It's hard when a town of 7800 can increase to 25000 in one day and they are the only convenience store in town. Surprised by negative reviews but assume they are from big cities. As for the Purolator experience that someone posted, these lovely folks were suddenly given Purolator to look after with no experience and it became overwhelming in 3 days. So sheesh...patience people. Nice folks...convenient to have nearby.
Purolator left my package here for pick up as I was not home when they tried to deliver. Went to the store to pick up my package only to find out they gave my package to I don’t even know who. No verification,no IDs nothing ? ?
Don't usually bother posting about convenience stores but am tired of being ripped-off by this one. In my very limited interaction with this place I have bought rancid milk, had them lie to me about how much I had won on a lotto ticket despite having already checked it on their scanner and paid $13 for 1L of cream and milk, which they first said was a mistake and then claimed was correct as I had already swiped. It is convenient if you are in downtown Elora, but go elsewhere.
Store is dirty, half of the lights are off, and there is hardly any products actually stocked. There was 3 people watching videos behind the counter! After making a selection from the meager options I was informed that the store does not take credit cards. No where was this advertised on the store front. I walked out without purchasing anything. Will not be returning to this dump. Avoid this place.
Bad experience!! The lady there looks at you like she hates you! I went in there to spend maybe close to $100 and we had to just walk out. She doesn't want customers you are only bothering her!
